    • All sound recordings, music compositions, lyrics, and performances associated with Amity Music Group’s artists and affiliated labels (including 3.5th Dimensions Records, Red I Productions, Mantis Records, LAK Records, and Blue Diamond Records) are protected by copyright.

    • The copyright owner(s) of these works are typically Amity Music Group or the respective artists and labels.

  • Derivative Works:

    • Any adaptations, arrangements, or derivative works based on our copyrighted music or other content are prohibited without explicit written permission from Amity Music Group or the relevant copyright holder.

4. Permitted Use of Content

    • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view content for personal, non-commercial use only.

    • This license does not permit any modification, copying, distribution, resale, or public display of the content without written permission.

  • Video Content: All video content produced or distributed by Amity Music Group is protected by copyright, including music videos, promotional videos, and visual assets.

  • Licensing for Visual Media: Any use of our video content for commercial purposes must be licensed by Amity Music Group.

20. User License Agreements

  • License Terms: Users who access Amity Music Group’s content are subject to the terms of our licensing agreements, which specify how and under what conditions our copyrighted works may be used.

  • Breach of License: Any violation of the terms of the user license agreement may result in the revocation of access to our content and legal action.

26. Copyright Notices on Amity Music Group's Platforms

  • Copyright Notice Placement: All works published on Amity Music Group’s platforms will include a visible copyright notice, including the copyright symbol, the year of first publication, and the name of the copyright owner.

  • Removal of Copyright Notices: Removing or altering a copyright notice on any of Amity Music Group's works is a violation of copyright law and will result in legal action.

27. User Account Termination

  • Account Suspension: Any user found to be infringing on Amity Music Group's copyrights may have their account suspended or terminated.

  • Termination for Violations: Repeated copyright infringement or failure to comply with our terms of service may result in permanent termination of the user’s access to our website and services.

29. Content Monitoring and Detection Technology

  • Automated Tools: Amity Music Group uses automated tools to monitor for copyright infringement, such as content recognition software and digital fingerprinting.
